  1. The evolution of sleep and the evolution of storage of fat on the body seem to be related. Weight gain and obesity have been shown to be related to sleep deprivation.
    A new form of medical weight loss diet is being studied, and it combines a medication called hcg with a specific diet, and sleep regimen.
