My soul to take is a fantastic YA Paranormal.
The story begins as Kaylee finds herself with the need to scream when she sees a dark cloud over a fellow party-goer and knows that the girl will die. She learns that this desire to scream when someone is dying is part of who she is. To complicate this teenage girls are dropping dead all over town.
This story is an original take on the YA paranormal and a welcome break from Vampires and Werewolves.
For Parents: This novel has some teen drinking (although not by the main character and the character that drinks gets grounded for her bad behavior) but other than that is appropriate for the 12 and up crowd.
